The caloric content of potatoes is twice the calorie content of carrots and three-cabbage. Thanks to the large content of potassium, it helps to remove water and salt from the body, which improves metabolism, so potatoes are considered an indispensable product in dietary nutrition. Especially rich in potassium baked potatoes, which retains the maximum of useful substances. It is even recommended for use in hypertension, atherosclerosis and heart failure.

Potatoes in uniform have another invaluable advantage for gentle female hands - it does not need to be cleaned. Rather, it is necessary, but when it is already cooked. And to remove a thin clean peel is much more pleasant, than to clean a dirty skin.
